I’ve lived here 1 1/2 years and love it. The property inside and out is very well maintained. I love the workout room, the grounds, hot tub and beautiful dog run. The whole staff, management and maintenance, are great to work with.

I find the place comfy and clean. Being in Hayward Village Apts has been the joy of my retirement. I expect to live here independently until I cannot any more. Near to public transportation and accessible to many great California entertainment sites.

What a wonderful staff and beautiful building. I was looking for a place for mother to reside and I'm glad I made this decision. My mother is happy she has place to workout and feels secure that makes me so happy. Thanks again Hayward Village you're a cut above the rest

Decent apartment community where seniors can enjoy what it has to offer such as the spa, fitness and business center and a nice garden where you can sit back and enjoy the breeze. Management staff is friendly and welcoming.

We moved in to Hayward Village Senior Apts two weeks ago. The interior and exterior of the building is well maintained. This complex is quiet and feels safe. shout-out to the management staff for continuing to do an excellent job.
